The Senior Pharmacy Performance Specialist acts as a liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT and Pharmacy. This position focuses on understanding data content and the business logic behind all data transformation for reporting. It involves developing expertise in the data and systems leveraged internally and externally for the Pharmacy Department, gathering requirements, performing analysis, supporting the development and testing of processes, and documenting applications, data and associated technologies for the Pharmacy Department. The role offers the opportunity to work across all lines of business and collaborate with stakeholders in numerous teams.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $80,204.80 - $133,681.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
