Job summary

Qualifications

Five years of hospital pharmacy experience, with three years of direct oversight of sterile compounding activities.
2+ years of direct management experience including dealing with complex issues.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and drive performance and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the Pharmacy team; manage Pharmacy Technician staff resources and staffing plans.
Collaborate with health care providers to maintain a sound formulary system and cost-effective drug utilization.
Develop and implement pharmacy programs and services in support of the mission and budget considerations.
