Summary:

In this role, you will support client objectives by analyzing and presenting data, which may include strategy development, implementing performance improvements, and supporting project management activities to enhance engagement and value. You will enable clients to achieve measurable, sustainable improvements by promoting utilization and adoption of Vizient products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and develop innovative solutions and new program offerings.
  • Coordinate with Spend Management and Analytics leaders to enhance pharmacy products and improve operational, clinical, and financial performance.
  • Build relationships and foster networking among Vizient clients on strategic and operational topics.
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and Data & Digital units on product enhancements, analyses, data mining, and reporting.
  • Develop and support new programs to deliver greater value to clients.
  • Execute project plan tasks, prioritize to meet milestones, and achieve objectives.
  • Draft presentations and present data and recommendations to client management.
  • Suggest improvements for products, services, tools, and methods in relevant functional areas.
  • Contribute to intellectual capital materials like case studies.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL or similar database tools.
  • ACE Certification for 340B or ability to obtain within the first year.
  • Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred.
  • Experience with 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, and Retail/Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, supply chain, and GPO contracting preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to solve complex challenges.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet client needs.

Estimated Hiring Range:

The salary range is $88,900 to $155,500, considering skills, experience, and location. This role is incentive eligible.
