Healthfirst is seeking a data analyst for their Dental Benefit Services team. This role involves analyzing dental data, designing dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance dental benefits. A bachelor's degree and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools are required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.
As a member of the Dental Benefit Services team, this role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing dental data and interpreting market trends to identify opportunities to further enhance our current dental benefits offering and improve vendor oversight. In addition, this role will be responsible for designing, developing, interpreting and maintaining interactive dashboards based on, but not limited, to vendor performance, using data visualization tools like Tableau, and working with key stakeholders to develop actionable items to improve processes and optimize results. This role requires collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure short- and long-term goals are executed timely and successfully with operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
