Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Compliance Reporting Analyst in New York to drive regulatory compliance analytics and MTM program reporting. The role collaborates across Pharmacy Operations to implement strategies, ensure data integrity, and automate compliance solutions.

The incumbent will develop robust analytics for risk detection, support MTM enrollment targeting, and participate in audits. A strong data background and experience with BI tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of analytics/data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote compliance by analyzing risks to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to implement regulatory/compliance strategies for Pharmacy Operations.
• Support PBM and vendors to adhere to federal and state regulations.
• Run monthly MTM member identification and ensure timely reporting for outreach.
• Ensure data integrity for day-to-day operations and develop analytics tools.
• Enhance and automate compliance reporting solutions (data collection, governance, reporting).
• Develop analytics for risk detection, profiling, and mitigation using advanced statistics.
• Identify enrollees for MTM monthly outreach and monitor approvals/rejections.
• Oversee language/communications for enrollee/provider/pharmacy per regulatory expectations.
• Represent department for Transparency in Coverage Rule compliance.
• Participate in audits and deliver ad-hoc reporting to address inefficiencies.
