Job summary

Healthfirst, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Compliance Reporting Analyst to promote regulatory compliance and analytics across Pharmacy Operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams and PBM vendors to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations and to support MTM outreach. The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting automation, and advanced analytics to identify risks and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of analytics experience in managed care or PBM.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and communicating complex requirements to diverse audiences.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards to measure product performance.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools to create visualizations and ensure data integrity.
• Experience managing multiple projects across Finance, Benefits, Utilization, Regulatory and Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Promote compliance by analyzing and addressing regulatory risks.
• Collaborate to implement and monitor regulatory strategies for Pharmacy Operations.
• Ensure PBM and vendors adhere to federal/state regulations.
• Run MTM member identification and support MTM reporting.
• Develop data insights and automate compliance reporting solutions.
• Create analytics for risk detection and mitigation and support MTM outreach.
