Job summary

Healthfirst, a not-for-profit health insurer serving New Yorkers, is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Compliance Reporting Analyst. You will lead regulatory/compliance analytics for Pharmacy Operations, partnering with PBM and internal teams to ensure adherence to federal and state requirements.

You will develop MTM data strategies, automate reporting, and build insights using BI tools and SAS. Strong analytical skills and project management across multiple teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information science, electrical engineering, or related field with 5 years of analytics experience.
• 5 years gathering analytical requirements across diverse teams.
• 5 years building reports/dashboards to measure product performance.
• 5 years using BI/reporting tools to analyze data and create visualizations.
• 5 years managing multiple projects across Finance, Benefits, and Compliance.
• 5 years writing scalable, maintainable code with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote compliance by analyzing risks to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to drive compliance strategy for Pharmacy Operations.
• Support MTM program reporting and regulatory components.
• Develop robust data and analytics to support day-to-day operations.
• Enhance automated compliance reporting solutions and governance.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting to identify inefficiencies.
