Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree and PGY1 residency completed by time of hire.
• Minimum one year of pharmacist or pharmacist intern experience, or minimum three years if no PGY1.
• California Pharmacist License and National Provider Identifier required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports drug education and training for pharmacists, physicians, and other health care professionals; develops trainings.
• Provides clinical drug information and drug therapy plans, monitors therapy, and reports outcomes to improve formulary and cost containment.
• Leverages quality, safety, and compliance policies to ensure safe, effective prescribing and patient care.
