Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of related work experience.
• Advanced PV knowledge and experience with PV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide PV subject matter leadership to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee development of Working Practices and PV related documents.
• Serve as resource for Case Processing on complex cases.
• Perform case follow-up and collect information.
• Create and review case narratives and client notifications.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff.
