Job summary

Servier is seeking a Manager, Pharmacovigilance Case Processing in Boston to oversee end-to-end PV case management outsourced to a vendor, from collection to submission. The role partners with internal PV teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications include a life sciences degree (or PharmD), 4+ years in pharmacovigilance case management, experience with ARGUS and PV regulations, and strong QA/CAPA skills. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in the Boston office; some travel to France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or PharmD (healthcare professional preferred).
• 4+ years in pharmacovigilance case management with end-to-end AE handling.
• Strong knowledge of PV regulations and ARGUS or similar PV systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PV case processing for outsourced activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QC of vendor work.
• Coordinate with LPVs, study teams and audits as SME.
• Support trial documentation and vendor training.
