Job summary
Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Locum Senior Pharmacist for a full-time inpatient assignment in Portland, OR. This auto-offer position runs from 08/03/2026 to 09/27/2026, with day shifts totaling 40 hours per week.

Schedule: Day Shift, 40 hours/week (4x10s)
Compensation: Up to $100/hour
EMR: Current Epic experience required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Clinical pharmacy experience preferred
