Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services in an acute care hospital setting. The Pharmacist will review medication orders, ensure safe medication practices, support IV compounding operations, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

Current Epic experience required; must successfully pass IV training and have IV compounding experience.

Call Required

Closing Pharmacist remains on-call until pharmacy reopens the following morning

Up to every other weekend
