Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a life or physical science with related experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutics principles and GMP practices.
• Ability to apply math and scientific reasoning; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory work plans with input from supervisor or senior team member.
• Draft batch records, technical reports, and SOPs with limited guidance.
• Train others on procedures and laboratory techniques.
• Lead efficiency improvement projects and review manufacturing documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high-quality laboratory documentation per regulatory guidance and site procedures.
• Perform physical testing (bulk/tap density, flow analysis, sieve analysis) as needed.
• Execute moderately complex procedures with high quality.
• Work in GMP areas under minimal supervision.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
