Job summary

Catalent’s Kansas City facility seeks a Pharmaceutical Development Associate Scientist II to support formulation and process design for oral solid dosage forms. You will participate in clinical trial manufacturing and ensure GMP compliance and SOP adherence. Role involves diverse projects in a dynamic, onsite environment.

Shift: Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri 12pm-10:30pm; Location: Kansas City, MO; 100% onsite. Strong documentation and technical writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related life science or physical science field with 0+ years of related work experience.
• Basic understanding of GMP and ability to work in GMP environment.
• Ability to apply mathematical and scientific reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory work plans and schedules.
• Draft technical documents such as batch records and SOPs with guidance.
• Perform parallel review of manufacturing documentation and qualify to perform technical review.
• Train others on basic laboratory techniques.
• Maintain high-quality laboratory documentation per regulatory guidance and site procedures.
• Perform physical testing including bulk density, flow analysis, sieve analysis.
• Execute procedures of moderate complexity with high quality.
