Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of pharma project management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Engineering firm to develop a new site master plan.
• Coordinate gathering and evaluation of site information and infrastructure.
• Present findings and recommendations to site leadership.
• Develop preliminary capital estimates and evaluate implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional site stakeholders.
