Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is recruiting a senior pharmaceutical R&D domain expert to collaborate with an AI lab’s research and program management teams, shaping how frontier AI models interpret pharmaceutical development work. The role emphasizes domain expertise, writing instruction specs, and creating benchmarks to measure model improvements.

The position is full-time W-2 with relocation to the Bay Area, CA, on-site requirements, and potential placement at a leading AI lab within the extended workforce.

Qualifications

• AI fluency with hands-on use of large language models in professional work.
• Excellent written communication and ability to give precise, well-structured written feedback.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week for an initial 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Data QA and reviews: vet quality of pharmaceutical knowledge work tasks and model outputs.
• Instruction specs and golden datasets: write instruction specs and golden solutions for drug discovery problems.
• Benchmarks and domain depth: design challenging pharmaceutical tasks and evaluation sets.
