Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Pharma/Biopharma Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and ensure profitability, safety, and timely delivery. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with design teams, owners and subcontractors, and drive value through Lean practices.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years PM experience in pharma/biopharma construction, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience; pharma/biopharma experience preferred.
• Experience leading multi-project programs and managing budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manages preconstruction include quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development, bid package development and schedule development.
• Leads plan and execution of buyout schedule; verifies pricing and scope and manages subcontracts.
• Prepares, submits and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests.
• Leads meetings such as monthly project reviews and Owner-Architect meetings.
• Develops and updates project schedules and manages resources to meet the project timeline.
