Job summary

Alcami is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams supporting compliant pharmaceutical packaging operations. You will oversee reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of production equipment, facility systems, and engineering programs while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading engineering, maintenance, technical services, or operations teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or forming equipment; pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, facilities, and manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, validation, and technical services teams.
• Establish and manage maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Drive RCA, CAPA, change controls, and risk assessments to improve performance.
• Oversee validation strategies and documentation to support regulatory compliance.
• Lead regulatory inspections and customer audits; act as technical SME.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce capabilities and strategic objectives.
