Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (Pharma) to lead delivery of pharmaceutical and manufacturing facility projects across multiple locations including Philadelphia, Blue Bell, Charlotte, Houston, Indianapolis, and Stanley.

The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, risk, and portfolio leadership. You will act as a seller/doer, developing client partnerships, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring quality and on-time execution while mentoring other

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field is required.
11+ years of industry experience; at least 8 years in project management.
Experience with design-build/EPC delivery or FEL/stage-gate processes is highly preferred.
Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation.
Strong client relationship management and ability to interpret contract requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of pharma and manufacturing facility projects from FEL through closeout.
Develop client partnerships and identify opportunities within manufacturing and life sciences markets.
Oversee development of proposals, plans, schedules, cost controls, submittals, and closeout materials across projects.
Lead and mentor other Project Managers and support professional growth.
Interpret client contracts and manage relationships during FEL/stage-gate processes.
