Job summary

LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems in Minnesota seeks a Senior Production Planner to develop, manage, and optimize production schedules in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient use of manufacturing resources.

You’ll lead capacity planning, manage SAP master data, and coordinate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to optimize inventory and meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of production planning experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of SAP PP and SAP MDM experience required.
• Knowledge of FDA and cGMP requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules for pharmaceutical batch manufacturing.
• Execute MRP and capacity planning in SAP PP to support material availability.
• Govern SAP master data including materials, BOMs, recipes, routings, and lead times.
• Coordinate planning across Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse.
• Monitor inventory, shelf-life constraints, and supply risks with proactive mitigation.
• Support product launches, technology transfers, and process validations.
• Report planning performance metrics and drive schedule adherence and efficiency.
