Job summary

Assure Infusions seeks an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, utilities, engineering, automation, and continuous improvement across our pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. This leadership role ensures reliability, safety, compliance, and performance of production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure while driving engineering excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with sterile manufacturing or controlled environments is preferred.

• Establish performance expectations, accountability, and development plans.
