Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's in business or life science, at least two years in launch management, and PMI/CAPM/PMP credentials are a plus. The base salary ranges from $122,000 to $134,000, with eligibility for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with launch management or launch execution (marketing, branding, project management).
• PMI, CAPM or PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular launch readiness meetings with stakeholders and executives, and coordinate tasks, updates and timelines.
• Develop understanding of market problems across segments and articulate product-based solutions.
• Track deliverables, risks and discrepancies across the cross-functional launch team.
• Support product positioning, promotions, pricing strategies, training and cross-functional collaboration.
