Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with launch management or execution of launch (marketing, branding, project management).
• PMI, CAPM or PMP credentials are desirable.
• Experience in meeting facilitation and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular launch readiness meetings with stakeholders, executive leadership and coordinate stakeholder support for these meetings.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user personas; effectively position and communicate how the product features and functionality create client-based solutions.
• Track deliverables, risks and discrepancies across the cross-functional launch team.
• Actively support product and application launch activities including product positioning, promotional and pricing strategies, training and working with cross functional teams.
