Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Material Handler to perform general material handling activities in a pharmaceutical laboratory setting. You will move semi-finished and finished products, components, and production materials, prep pallets, and wrap palletized goods for shipment.

You will also conduct daily forklift, warehouse, cold room, and freezer inspections, maintain training status, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and numeric literacy (percentages, discounts, and markups).

Responsibilities

• Move semi-finished and finished product, components, & label control material & production-related materials.
• Pallet prep and removal of wrap and corner boards.
• Work 8-hour shifts and replenish material staging area.
• Wrap palletized product for shipment.
• Daily inspections of forklifts, warehouse, cold rooms, and freezer.
• Maintain up-to-date training status and safety compliance.
• Obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck certifications.
• Trash removal.
