Job summary

Fingerpaint Group is seeking a highly motivated Group Account Supervisor to join our health care advertising team. You will drive marketing strategy across segments, influence mid-level client relationships, and manage workload and profitability of the assigned business.

This role requires travel to clients in New Jersey and periodic presence in the NJ office. A bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience are required, along with strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Active client service management and direct client interaction.
• Experience delivering campaigns through full brand lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account team to drive projects from brief to deployment and ensure quality control.
• Provide strategic direction at key steps of the creative process (positioning, messaging, campaign development).
• Oversee contract development and staffing plans with PM, department heads, and clients.
• Manage brand profitability by evaluating financial reports and ensuring revenue targets.
• Lead client strategy sessions and guide junior staff.
