Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting or related analytics.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in life sciences.
• Strong TA expertise across Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, or Rare Diseases.
• Proficiency with forecasting models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term brand forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecast challenges.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models with robust assumptions.
• Analyze historical performance and market drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior leadership to aid decision‑making.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using best practices and emerging technologies.
