Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our team. You’ll deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels and act as a key stakeholder within cross-functional teams. Basic Python proficiency is required to support forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics, and business analysis within life sciences.
• Strong expertise in Long-Range Forecasting (LRF), forecasting methods, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing forecasting models across global markets.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations and present to senior leadership.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts to support planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting providing insights and recommendations.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models; apply appropriate assumptions and methodologies.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership to support decisions.
