Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in digital media, healthcare marketing, or related agency work.
• 2+ years of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing experience with regulatory knowledge.
• Deep understanding of media tactics, asset dependencies, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Proven ability to manage med-legal-regulatory project flow and approvals.
• Advanced Wrike proficiency and ability to build workflows and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PM for multichannel pharma digital media initiatives across paid search, social, programmatic, and more.
• Own intake, timelines, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate across clients, agencies, internal teams, vendors, and analytics.
• Translate objectives, regulatory requirements, and assets into executable project plans.
• Lead kickoffs, status updates, escalations, and project recaps with clarity and urgency.
• Protect MLR workflows, routing, approvals, and launch dependencies.
