Job summary

Inizio Evoke in Grand Rapids is seeking a Copy Supervisor to lead brand messaging and shape high-quality, strategic healthcare copy across channels. You will mentor junior writers while ensuring messaging is accurate, compliant, and audience-focused for HCP and patient audiences.

You will collaborate with design, strategy, and medical teams to align content with brand goals and regulatory requirements, drive creative storytelling, and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve copy

Qualifications

• Pharma/corporate copywriter with multi-channel messaging experience.
• Proven track record of creating compelling, compliant content.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior writers.
• Strong collaboration with designers, strategists, and medical experts.
• Meticulous editing ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to navigate regulatory review processes and defend work.

Responsibilities

• Own brand messaging and supervise strategic copy across platforms
• Write persuasive, compliant content translating complex science for HCP/patient audiences
• Mentor and develop junior copywriters with feedback and training
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Strategy, and Medical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals
• Ensure regulatory compliance through medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
• Present and defend creative work to team members, clients, and regulatory reviewers
• Contribute to brand strategy and ideation, bringing innovative storytelling approaches
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve copy effectiveness
