Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field.
• At least four years of copywriting experience in pharma/healthcare/regulatory industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and medical communications standards.
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to interpret medical references, validate information and produce compliant content.
• Experience adapting tone for different brands and channels.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Portfolio of copywriting required during interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and review high-quality pharma marketing copy aligned with briefs and brand guidelines.
• Create content across digital and print channels (websites, brochures, banners, emails).
• Manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, deliver polished work.
• Collaborate with art directors and designers to align copy with visuals.
• Apply brand voice and messaging to engage target audiences.
