Job summary

PharmaACE, a growing Global Healthcare Consulting Firm headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead onshore client communications and mentor analysts as they design and implement advanced data analytics solutions for pharmaceutical clients.

You will develop models, evaluate AI/ML approaches, visualize data, and deploy production-ready solutions while maintaining data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of pharma / life science consulting job experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies.
• Knowledge on various data assets including Volumes/Value, Rx, and longitudinal patient data.

Responsibilities

• Communicate results to clients and team members.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for the project.
• Understand business objectives and develop models to achieve them with metrics.
• Analyze AI/ML algorithms and rank by success probability.
• Explore and visualize data to understand distributions affecting deployment.
• Verify data quality and perform data cleaning as needed.
• Supervise data acquisition when more data is required.
• Define validation strategies and data augmentation pipelines.
• Define preprocessing or feature engineering steps for datasets.
• Train models and tune hyperparameters.
• Analyze model errors and design improvement strategies.
• Deploy models to production.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data with strong Excel and PPT skills.
