We are seeking a highly experienced PFAS Senior Leader to join our dynamic environmental consulting team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving technical excellence, business growth, and client engagement in the ever-evolving landscape of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) investigation and remediation.

The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in PFAS contamination and mitigation strategies, with a proven track record in consulting, regulatory compliance, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the firm’s PFAS practice, driving business development and client relationships.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on PFAS investigation, risk assessment, and remediation strategies.
  • Oversee and contribute to complex site assessments, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address PFAS contamination in soil, water, and air.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Stay ahead of emerging PFAS regulations, research developments, and industry trends.
  • Represent the firm at conferences, industry panels, and professional organizations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Professional Certification: PE (Professional Engineer), PG (Professional Geologist), or an equivalent certification.
  • Experience: 10+ years in environmental consulting, with a strong emphasis on PFAS-related projects.
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state PFAS regulations (e.g., EPA, CERCLA, TSCA, and state-specific guidelines).
  • Proven experience leading projects, teams, and business development initiatives.
  • Strong technical writing, public speaking, and client engagement skills.
