Responsibilities :

• Perform grooming services to neighbors' expectations and breed standards
• Ensure salon is following safety and company procedures
• Complete weekly paperwork and scheduling
• Balance time between management duties and some grooming appointments
• Staff salons according to needs
• Monitor and process payroll
• Provide support and recognition to salon team
• Providing a positive experience to all neighbor (clients)

Qualifications :

• Be a graduate of a grooming school or have 3 or more years of PROFESSIONAL grooming experience
• Have at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Be proficient in all breed standard haircuts
• Be able to work a flexible schedule
• Be able to move, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
