The role emphasizes opening/closing tasks, stocking, and resolving customer concerns, with a focus on maintaining a safe, welcoming Pet Care Center environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and transactions.
• Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
