Job summary

Mira Home in Lindon, UT seeks a Technical Director to serve as the senior technical authority on pest management. You will own treatment protocols, program development, and regulatory compliance across multiple states, ensuring safety and quality.

This role oversees field and internal training, QA programs, and escalation support, reporting to the VP of Operations. Travel and licensing support are provided as needed; relocation assistance considered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on pest control experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Current applicator or operator certification; ability to obtain licenses in additional states (company paid).
• Experience as a qualifier, RCA, or technical lead with regulatory responsibility.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Working knowledge of EPA label requirements and state regulations.
• Experience authoring SOPs and treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: ensure service delivery follows EPA label requirements and state regulations.
• Treatment Protocols and Program Development: develop protocols, set product selection and mix rates.
• Field Training: build and administer technical training from onboarding to advanced certification.
• Internal Team Training: train customer service, routing, and sales on pest identification and service expectations.
• Quality Assurance and Callbacks: own callback rate and conduct field audits and improvements.
• Escalation Support: resolve technical issues and report trends to leadership.
