Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Personnel and Facilities Manager to provide senior-level personnel, facilities, infrastructure, and operational support to U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA.

This position will oversee secure mission infrastructure and facility operations while supporting personnel management, facility planning, space allocation, relocations, modernization, and sustainment activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive Department of Defense experience managing TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• 15+ years DoD mission support experience (HR/IT/Facilities).
• Experience sustaining secure TS/SCI SCIF/SAPF environments.
• Experience with facility security accreditation and space planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, facilities, infrastructure, and operational requirements for Space Force missions.
• Coordinate facility space allocation, relocations, and modernization activities.
• Maintain accredited SCIFs/SAPFs for government and contractor personnel.
• Coordinate security accreditation and continuing compliance for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments.
• Plan and implement secure facility upgrades and sustainment activities.
• Develop operational strategies aligning mission infrastructure with acquisition goals.
• Coordinate high-availability networks and IT systems supporting operations.
• Oversee daily facility maintenance and space utilization activities.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and documentation for leadership.
