The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Personalized Nutrition Coach to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our members on their personalized wellness journeys. In this role, you will partner with each member to understand their top health concerns, such as weight management, GLP-1 support, menopause support, longevity, and more, and guide them into a tailored program that aligns with their needs and objectives.

This position reports to the Director of Member Experience & Program Development and works closely with our science, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless and impactful member experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex nutrition science into clear, actionable steps that help members succeed. Comfort with creating video and educational content for program materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with members to understand their health concerns and goals, and enroll them in the appropriate personalized wellness program
• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations using Healthie to deliver DNA-based nutrition guidance and supplement recommendations
• Provide ongoing coaching and accountability through follow-ups, progress tracking, and regular supportive communication
• Help members achieve measurable improvements in their chosen areas of focus
• Prescribe GenoPalate supplement regimens to support members’ health goals and overall program success
• Collaborate with nutrition, science, marketing, and product teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end member experience
• Create or contribute to educational content, including videos, articles, and resources for program participants (preferred)
• Stay current on nutrigenomics, personalized nutrition, and GLP-1 support research

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian credential preferred, or certification in nutrition coaching from NASM, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, or ACE
• Minimum of 5-10 years of clinical or coaching experience
• Experience conducting virtual consultations via Zoom or telehealth platforms
• Working knowledge of Healthie EHR (required)
• Availability evenings and/or weekends is a plus
• Dedicated to continuous learning to be an effective coach in one or more of the following areas: weight management, longitudinal support for clients on GLP-1 medications, menopause, pre-diabetes, and general wellness.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Location

Remote, preferred candidates to be located in Milwaukee, Chicago, or Madison. Occasional travel to Milwaukee for team meetings is required.

Compensation

$65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience. Full-time position with benefits, company stock options, and at-cost discounts on all GenoPalate tests, apparel, and supplements.
