Job summary
Early Medical, a fully remote healthcare company focused on longevity, seeks a Nutrition Specialist to bridge science and real-world application for high-performing individuals. You will design personalized nutrition strategies, analyze CGMs and biomarkers, and collaborate with physicians to ensure integrated metabolic health care.
Requirements include RD/RDN or CNS, 5+ years in nutritional coaching, and expertise in CR/DR.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN) or CNS credential.
- At least 5 years coaching professionals in nutritional implementation.
- Experience with metabolic health optimization.
- Proven expertise in caloric restriction (CR) and dietary restriction (DR) strategies.
- Ability to assess and address body composition concerns.
- Familiarity with Nutrition 3.0 and the Early Medical framework.
- Experience with remote coaching and virtual communication.
- Experience with macro-based meal planning.
- Experience working with athletic populations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and coaching sessions.
- Analyze glucose data, body composition, and biomarkers.
- Develop precision nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists.
- Create practical guides and resources.
- Monitor progress and refine strategies.
