Job summary

UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplement revenue while delivering exceptional member service. The role requires coordinating with coaches, managing scheduling, and enforcing club policies.

Availability seven days a week, including mornings and nights, is expected. The position emphasizes selling Private Training, maintaining client programs, and achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a related role with sales targets.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Strong customer service and coaching sales experience.
• Ability to schedule and manage client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Service Intro PT packages and re-sign clients on full programs.
• Prospect in person/digital to generate complimentary appointments.
• Oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities; maintain client programs and progress.
