Job summary

The role requires proficiency with MS Office, a Property & Casualty license, and experience in personal lines or commercial lines insurance.

The position involves maintaining accurate account records, generating standard letters, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely delivery of services

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of agency management systems and carrier sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy data in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Create activities and assign to team members.
• Support lead service and Client Advisors following workflows.
