Job summary

World Insurance Associates, located in New York, seeks an experienced client service professional to manage renewals and client communications in a fast-paced environment. You will review renewals, make coverage recommendations, and coordinate with carriers using a comparative rater tool.

The role requires 3+ years in Personal Property and Casualty, a Property & Casualty license, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. A team-based, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ability to work in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remark.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing (where applicable).
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre‑renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member.
