What We Offer
- Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Eligible for monthly variable compensation based on performance

What You'll Do
- Serveas the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients.
- Conductpolicy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based onclient needs.
- Processnew business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations.
- Partnerwith insurance carriers and clients to support the claims process andprovide ongoing guidance.
- Identifyopportunities to cross-sell and round out accounts through consultativeconversations.
- Maintainaccurate client records and documentation within agency managementsystems.
- Assistwith training and mentoring junior account managers and new team members.
- Staycurrent on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatoryrequirements.
What We're Looking For
Required
- An Active Property & Casualty License required; Virginialicense required within a specified period if currently licensed in anotherstate.
- Minimumof 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Strongknowledge of personal lines products, including homeowners, auto, renters,and umbrella coverage.
- Excellentcommunication, customer service, and relationship-management skills.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
- Proficiencywith insurance agency management systems, CRM platforms, and MicrosoftOffice.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experiencemanaging complex or high-value personal lines accounts.
- Previousmentoring or leadership experience within an insurance agency environment.
