BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Municipal Attorney in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience handling New York municipal claims and a proven record of resolving personal injury cases.

This role provides a path to handling complex matters and offers the chance to mentor junior attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Strategize and execute case plans to maximize outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to firm operations, growth, initiatives, and departmental leadership.
