You will draft pleadings, conduct and defend depositions, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Litigate personal injury cases from inception to settlement.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents to advance case progression.
• Prepare and defend depositions, both percipient and expert.
• Engage in motion practice and court hearings, including remote hearings.
