Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
• Investigate liability, damages, and coverage to maximize case value.
• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and adjusters.
