Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern legal technology, AI tools, and openness to incorporating new tools into your practice.

Responsibilities

• Developing case strategy and advancing cases through pre-suit negotiations and litigation.
• Taking depositions, handling motion practice, retaining and working with experts, mediating, and conducting jury trials.
• Maintaining clear, responsive communication with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Collaborating with attorneys and staff on case preparation and resolution.
