Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join a Washington, D.C. litigation team handling personal injury matters.

The role offers opportunities to independently litigate and try cases while collaborating with seasoned partners. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, an active DC license, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage cases and communicate directly with clients.

An established and highly regarded personal injury law practice is looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to its litigation team in Washington, D.C.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom, taking ownership of cases, and gaining meaningful hands‑on trial experience. The associate will have the opportunity to independently litigate and try their own cases while also working closely with experienced partners on more complex matters.

What You'll Do:

• Independently manage, litigate, and try personal injury cases.
