The role is full-time on site, requiring strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Duties include managing numerous cases, preparing legal documents, and maintaining client communication. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
• Good customer service skills and able to talk with and relate to the clients.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle between 70-95 cases (not all in litigation, likely 50/50).
• Prepare pleadings, disclosures and other litigation documents.
• Prepare demands and letters of representation.
• Maintain regular contact with each client via phone calls, emails, letters & text.
• Work with two attorneys and manage their calendar.
• Set appointments for depositions, arbitrations, client meetings, etc.
• Track and follow all necessary deadlines.
