Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead complex personal injury cases through all phases of litigation. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to own challenging cases while collaborating with a supportive legal team.

Ideal candidates will have a California Bar license, 4+ years in personal injury litigation, and strong drafting, deposition, and courtroom skills to advocate effectively for clients and secure favorable

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong independent legal drafting skills, including motions, responses, pleadings, and discovery.
• Excellent legal research, courtroom advocacy, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-value personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial when necessary.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans tailored to each client's case.
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, responses, pleadings, and written discovery with minimal supervision.
• Conduct depositions, including expert depositions, and represent clients at court appearances, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Lead settlement negotiations and pursue favorable outcomes through effective advocacy.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to develop compelling arguments and strengthen case strategy.
• Manage multiple cases, assignments, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, sound legal guidance, and compassionate representation.
