Job summary

Gordon Feinblatt seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Maryland. The successful candidate will focus on settlement and litigation of personal injury claims, negotiating with clients and opposing counsel while guiding paralegals on pre-litigation matters.

Qualified applicants have 5+ years in PI, must hold Maryland Bar status, and can manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Dual bar admissions (VA/DC) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar; Bar admissions in Virginia, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with pre-litigation tasks.
• Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.
